I grew up in Bosnia and Hercegovina. This is a little country in Eastern Europe formarly a part of Yugoslavia. When
comparing Bosnia to the United States, Bosnia is slightly smaller than West Virginia. This is a very safe and exited
place to live once you get past the fact that there was a huge civil war. It was a very pretty and well educated country
up until the Civil War when everything started to fall appart and the economy went down hill. It is a nice
place to visit if you are in any part of Europe just to see the history and the monuments. The diversity
of people and the different types of coltures mixed together is a thing to see, after the fact that they faught in the war.
I attended elementary and middle school in Bosnia. When I came to the United States i started my education
at Clarkston High School, and a couple of years later transferred to Riverwood High School. I Graduated from Riverwood
High School in 2001 and took a year off before starting college. I then started at Georgia
Perimeter College where I am working towards a Business degree, and hopefully in a year or so I will be
walking out with a diploma, and eager to go out and find a real job.
I have not traveled much in my life, except for the obvious, traveling accross the world to come to the United States.
I have visited a few different places here in the United States which include visiting family in Detroit and taking
a vacation with some friends to Miami, FL. I have also traveled to Bosnia a couple of times in the past which made me
realize how much fun it can be to go back home and visit.
When picking my favoite class it is hard to distinguish between Computer Science and English. But if I have to
pick one of the two it would probably have to be English because I love to write, I love to write anything that I can relate
to, and where I can express myself freely. My favoite teacher would have to be my English professor Dr. Johnson mainly
because he is my English teacher and that he makes us write a lot of papers. He lets us express ourselves in these papers
and lets us create a piece of art that every one of us can enjoy.
